Coach Nicole earned her master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Georgia Southern University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University. At the present time, Nicole has experience consulting with professional, collegiate, and youth athletes as a mental performance consultant. In addition, she has worked with athletes in soccer, tennis, show jumping, MMA fighting, water skiing, gymnastics and golf.
Coach Nicole works collaboratively with athletes, teams, and coaches on the mental side of their game. In short, Nicole aims to increase productivity and effectiveness by developing and adapting old thinking habits into new thinking habits. As a result, Coach Nicole specializes in developing communication, concentration, mindfulness, motivation, emotion regulation, and team culture.

Rebekah is going into her 3rd year as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of North Texas, where she is directly responsible for the Softball and Women’s Soccer teams, as well as the internship coordinator. Prior to UNT, Rebekah was the Director of Olympic Sport Performance at Southern Methodist University, and served in Associate Director roles at both the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and Arkansas State University.
She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from UW-Oshkosh in December of 2012. She went on to intern with the Sports Performance staff at Marquette University. In the fall of 2013, Rebekah began her Graduate Assistantship with the Strength and Conditioning staff at The Citadel – The Military College of South Carolina. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Leadership in the summer of 2015.
